We are now looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive growth, manage key accounts, and lead our sales team to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners
- Identify new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales management, ideally in FMCG or distribution
- Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale markets in CZ/EU
- Track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team
- Fluent in Czech and English (Vietnamese or Chinese is a strong plus)
- Results-driven, ambitious, and proactive personality
